This is a guided meditation to help with the feelings of discomfort we are all feeling because of the COVID19 Pandemic.
Avoiding thoughts of the pandemic can lead to more fear. This meditation explores the sensations that come up for us when we let thoughts of the pandemic sit within our mind for a while, and gently enables us to link acceptance and gratitude to any of our experiences, whether we perceive them to be positive or negative.
